Services

Rehab Addicts provides property maintenance and operations software (including work orders, scheduling, tenant portals, and rent payment links) and home remodeling services in the Joliet, IL area. Remodeling work is governed by the written estimate and contract you receive for your specific project; those documents control scope, price, and schedule.

Accounts & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Payments

Rent and service payments made through the platform are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). Estimates for remodeling work are free and non-binding until a written contract is signed by both parties.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The website and platform are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rehab Addicts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or platform. Nothing in these terms limits warranties or remedies provided in a signed remodeling contract or required by Illinois law.
